Set the tray flat in your highest-activity spot — skirting boards, behind appliances, or along walls, wherever you've seen droppings, gnaw marks, or insect activity. Adding a little bait — a few oats, a piece of chocolate, or dried fruit in the centre of the tray — is recommended and improves catch rates.
The adhesive works on contact, no refilling needed once set. Check every few days and top up the bait if it's been sitting a while.
Once a trap has caught, bin it straight away. Set a fresh one in the same spot if activity continues.
